How do I commission an artist?
Select “Commission” on the homepage if you want to have a unique piece of art designed for you. Describe the artwork, upload or identify reference material and you will receive an email with a quote and a timeline for the project.
Do I have to register with Apartial to purchase on the site?
Yes. You need an Apartial account to buy artwork in order to allow you to track your order and ensure it is safe and secure.
Are there any fees associated with registering on Apartial?
No. Apartial's mission is to bring creativity to everyone, therefore, we want people to discover and enjoy unknown artwork free of charge.
Do I need to be registered to contact a creative?
Yes, in order to communicate with any of the creatives, you will need to be a registered user.
How are the artists selected?
Our team carefully selects all the artists and members in order to ensure you have a wide range of high quality work to explore and purchase. We also feature insight from a number of creatives on our blog, ensuring that we're providing you with original and interesting content from the creative world.

What form of payments does Apartial accept?
Apartial accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Do I need a Paypal account to purchase an item on Apartial?
It is not necessary to have a PayPal account. Apartial accepts all major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). PayPal users however have an added layer of purchase protection when paying using their PayPal account.
My item has not arrived yet. What do I do?
If you have recently bought an item on Apartial, please check the tracking number assigned to your purchase. The artist ships all items sold through Apartial via trackable and insured postage. Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation e-mail. If your purchase does not yet have tracking information, the seller may still be in the process of packing and shipping the item. As soon as the item is shipped and the seller provides tracking information, you will be notified of this via email. In the event that the seller has failed to provide tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us for further information. Please send an email with the subject "Shipping Inquiry" and with following information to [email protected]:
